A great source of strength, inspiration, self-love, and togetherness…

“Dr. Jessica has been a great instructor, coach and a friend throughout this journey of body, mind and soul sessions. Her positive and empathetic approach for all members in the group brings in a comfortable level for everyone to share things with heart and soul. Thank you Jessica for creating a safe place where we can speak our heart thereby healing and learning from each other.

The sessions and activities, which include: different breathing techniques, meditation, embracing hope, imagery, mindful eating, drawings, genograms etc., helped me to heal from stress and anxiety.

The food session helped me understand food as medicine and not just think of food to fill the stomach. I felt the flow of energy that surrounded the fruit and not just the taste during our activity.

Genograms helped me to remember our ancestors and be thankful for where we stand today, what we need to improve for our upcoming generations, and what we need to do to maintain the legacy of our tradition and culture our ancestors left for us.

Imagery techniques helped a lot in going out of the problem and feeling the situation where we want to be. It helps to get rid of negative thoughts and gather optimistic energies by just giving right direction to our thoughts — to live the way we want our life to be.

Drawing activities helps me to imagine and bring our thoughts to paper that unfolds various things going in our mind which usually we never focus upon, so these pictures help to create a way forward.

Overall these sessions and group are a great source of strength, inspiration, self love, togetherness and a safe place to revive yourself with holistic approach. The best thing we learn is that our own mind, body and soul has the power to heal ourselves from every tough disease/circumstances, it's just that we need to focus and realize our own inner self and strength.
