Program Description

Sukhayu Wellness is excited to present online mind-body skills groups for coaches through the Center for Health and Wellness Coaches. This program is approved for coach continuing education credit by the National Board for Health and Wellness Coaching and the International Coaching Federation.

Mind-body skills groups are educational, supportive groups that offer participants an opportunity to learn strategies of self-care, which is the heart of healthcare, and experience evidence-based techniques to enhance well-being and resilience.

In this mind-body skills group for coaches and health care providers, participants will learn and practice experiential and integrative mind-body techniques, including meditation, guided imagery, autogenic training, breath work, awareness through movement, and mindful eating in a supportive environment that nourishes self-awareness and enhances active listening skills.

Participants share and connect with each other, creating a positive learning environment that supports individual and collective well-being.

“Mind-body approaches use the conscious mind to directly affect the workings of the brain and the rest of the body.
— Center for Mind-Body Medicine

These groups will be facilitated by Dr. Jessica Singh.

This course has given me a deeper reawakening of my soul. I have gained further and more profound self awareness that is allowing me to turn my attention inward and find the strength to heal and to release any patterns that are no longer serving me in my life. There is such power and magic that happens when coming together in these group settings because it provides such a safe place to express your own truth and to hear and learn from the experiences of others who are like minded individuals.

There is a lot of great knowledge that is shared and there is the opportunity to experience it right away whether it is through the breathing exercises which allowed me to come into a more peaceful state of mind, through the dancing that allowed me to clear out my energy and brought me to a more joyful place along with the drawings and journaling which allowed me to get to know myself in a more intimate way. I can say that I have a clearer mind about what my needs and desires are and how to use these techniques to help me attain my goals. The deeper love and self respect I have gained through committing and dedicating myself to these sessions and teachings is a beautiful gift.

This has been a sacred experience for me that has enriched my life. Thank you!!”
