A change in mindset…
“Changing my mindset was essential to moving forward in my life. In the span of a few months, I had started a new job, purchased and moved into my new home, and gave birth. By the end of the year, I felt off balance. I was overwhelmed with anxiety about returning to work after taking leave to care for my newborn and transitioning to having someone else handle my baby's care every day.
With Jessica's guidance through deep breathing, meditation, and use of drawings and imagery, I was able to acknowledge my emotions and the reasons why I felt this way, and come to a new understanding.
I still keep the drawings she guided me through in my drawer as a calm reminder to stay positive. The journey to a more peaceful mindset is a gradual one, but I was grateful to be given tools to help me and I felt a difference right away.”
