Self-care is self-love.

I had the pleasure of participating in the 8-week Mind-Body Skills Group facilitated by Jessica Singh, MD and what a blessing! My initial hesitancy was replaced with a sense of calm and peace right from the start. As a business owner and care-taker, the concept of self-care (I’m sad to say) was last on my list of to-do’s and from the beginning it was clear that was lacking in my life. The sessions were an opportunity of self-exploration and self-love for me and after the first session, became an integral part of my Monday night which I looked forward to with expectancy!

Dr. Singh’s melodious voice during the meditation sessions really helped usher me into a space of peace and calm that I was able to call upon when the demand of daily life becomes overwhelming.

I would highly recommend this 8-week program to anyone who’s looking to become more at peace with themselves and their surroundings and embark on a journey of self-care and self-love.
